تأثیر خستگی ناشی از دوچرخهسواری بر تغییرات مرکز فشار و توزیع فشار کفپایی در حین دویدن سهگانهکاران مبتدی
موفقیت در رشتۀ ورزش سهگانۀ تابستانی به کارایی بهینۀ دویدن بدون ایجاد اختلال ناشی از دوچرخهسواری بستگی دارد. تغییر الگوی دویدن میتواند باعث بروز آسیب در اندام تحتانی بهویژه در مچ و کف پا گردد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر خستگی ناشی از دوچرخهسواری بر تغییرات مرکز فشار و توزیع فشار کفپایی حین دویدن در ورزشکاران سهگانهکار مبتدی بود. بدینمنظور 12 سهگانهکار مبتدی (با میانگین سنی 14/2±76/23 سال؛ وزن 54/2±45/78 کیلوگرم؛ قد 32/2±82/179 سانتیمتر) بهصورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند و در این پژوهش شبهتجربی شرکت کردند. برای ایجاد خستگی از یک پروتکل 12 مرحلهای دوچرخهسواری بر روی دستگاه کارسنج استفاده شد و میزان انحرافات مرکز فشار و توزیع فشار کفپایی بهوسیلۀ دستگاه فوتاسکن، قبل و بعد از پروتکل خستگی در فازهای مختلف دویدن اندازهگیری گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که حداکثر فشار واردشده در نواحی داخلی پاشنه (0.029=P)، ناحیۀ استخوان کفپایی اول (0.001=P)، ناحیۀ استخوان کفپایی دوم (0.001=P)، ناحیۀ استخوان کفپایی سوم (P=0.01) و ناحیۀ استخوان کفپایی چهارم (P=0.017) بهصورت معناداری افزایش یافته است؛ اما ناحیۀ میانی پا کاهش را نشان میدهد (P=0.045). شایانذکر است که پس از خستگی در مرحلۀ تماس، سوپینیشن پا بهطور معناداری کاهش یافته است (P=0.02)؛ اما در مرحلۀ میانی استقرار، پرونیشن بهصورت معناداری افزایش پیدا کرده است (P=0.04). براساس این یافتهها میتوان گفت که خستگی ناشی از دوچرخهسواری باعث افزایش فشارهای کفپایی و تغییر در انحرافات مرکز فشار میشود و این عوامل میتوانند باعث ایجاد درد و آسیبدیدگیهای اندام تحتانی گردند؛ ازاینرو، پیشنهاد میشود سهگانهکاران مبتدی عضلات اینورتور خود؛ بهویژه عضلۀ درشتنی قدامی را تقویت نمایند.

تأثیر برنامۀ جامع گرمکردن +11 اصلاحشده بر پیشگیری از آسیبهای اندام تحتانی و مچ پای فوتبالیستهای مرد جوان
در سالهای اخیر، فیفا برنامۀ گرمکردن +11 را با هدف پیشگیری از آسیب در فوتبال توسعه داده است. نتایج مطالعات پیشین، بیانگر عدم کاهش معنادار آسیب مچ پا پس از اجرای این برنامه میباشد؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر برنامۀ گرمکردن +11 اصلاحشده همراه با تختۀ تعادل بر پیشگیری از آسیبهای اندام تحتانی و مچ پای فوتبالیستهای مرد انجام شد. جهت انجام پژوهش، 111 فوتبالیست مرد جوان لیگ جوانان تهران به دو گروه +11 اصلاحشده و کنترل تقسیم شدند. نتایج نشان میدهد که درمجموع، بازیکنان گروه مداخله بهشکل معناداری آسیب کمتری نسبت به بازیکنان گروه کنترل داشتهاند، اما میزان بروز آسیبهای مچ پای بازیکنان گروه مداخله نسبت به بازیکنان گروه کنترل، با وجود کاهش 88/58 درصدی، معنادار نمیباشد. با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد میگردد مطالعات بیشتری درمورد اضافهشدن تمرینات تختۀ تعادل به برنامۀ +11 صورت گیرد.

بررسی ارتباط بین هایپرکایفوزیس با ابعاد سلامت روان (علائم جسمانی، اضطراب، کارکرد اجتماعی و افسردگی) دختران جوان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین ناهنجاری وضعیتی هایپرکایفوزیس با سلامت روان دانشآموزان بود. بدینمنظور، 50 دانشآموز دختر دارای ناهنجاری هایپرکایفوزیس و 50 دانشآموز سالم، بهصورت تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. تشخیص و تعیین شدت ناهنجاری با استفاده از کایفومتر صورت گرفت. سپس، شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامۀ سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ را تکمیل نمودند و پس از جمعآوری پرسشنامهها، برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین هایپرکایفوزیس با سلامت روان و خردهمقیاسهای آن (اضطراب، کارکرد اجتماعی، علائم جسمانی و افسردگی) در دختران جوان تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، مشاهده شد که قوز پشتی و ظاهر نامناسب ناحیۀ پشتی در افراد دارای هایپرکایفوزیس میتواند سلامت روانی دانشآموزان را درگیر کند. بهطورکلی، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که این ناهنجاری، علاوهبراینکه بهلحاظ جسمانی، مشکلاتی را برای فرد بهوجود میآورد، از نظر روانی نیز سلامت فرد را به مخاطره میاندازد. برایناساس، میتوان با تشویق افراد دارای ناهنجاری به ورزش و تمرینات اصلاحی، زمینۀ بهبودی سلامت روان آنها را فراهم نمود.

مقایسۀ پارامترهای سینماتیکی فازهای تیکآف پرش سهگام در ورزشکاران نخبۀ ملی و بینالمللی
مرحلۀ تیکآف، مهمترین بخش در اجرای پرش سهگام است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، مقایسۀ پارامترهای سینماتیکی منتخب سهفاز تیکآف در ورزشکاران نخبۀ ایران و جهان میباشد. شرکتکنندگان در این پژوهش، پنج ورزشکار مرد نخبۀ کشوری با میانگین رکورد 8/0±4/15 متر بودند که در فینال مسابقات دو و میدانی آغاز فصل بزرگسالان قهرمانی کشور در تهران شرکت داشتند. اجرای ورزشکاران با استفاده از سه دوربین فیلمبرداری ضبط شد و برای هر ورزشکار سه مورد از بهترین اجراها موردتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بهدستآمده حاکی از وجود تفاوت در سرعت افقی مرحلة لی و پرش و نیز زمان حمایت در مرحلة قدم میباشد؛ تمامی این مقادیر کمتر از مقادیر مرجع هستند. براساس یافتهها به مربیان توصیه میشود که طراحی تمریناتی در راستای افزایش تواناییها و هماهنگی عصبی عضلانی ورزشکاران را موردتوجه قرار دهند.

مقایسۀ متغیرهای منتخب کینماتیکی تکنیک لانج در شمشیربازان نخبۀ مرد ایرانی و اسپانیایی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ متغیرهای منتخب کینماتیکی شمشیربازان نخبۀ مرد ایرانی و اسپانیایی در اجرای تکنیک لانج بود. بدینمنظور، 12 ملیپوش ایرانی و 13 ملیپوش اسپانیایی در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند. برای اندازهگیری متغیرهای کینماتیکی، از سیستم آنالیز حرکت شش دوربین با فرکانس 500 هرتز استفاده شد و جهت بررسی متغیرهای کینتیکی، دو صفحۀ نیروی کیستلر با فرکانس 1000 هرتز مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. متغیرهای زمانی، خطی و زاویهای تکنیک لانج نیز برای تحلیل، بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که شمشیربازان ایرانی در متغیرهای زمان فاز شتاب، جابهجایی خطی مرکز جرم در فاز شتاب، سرعت خطی مرکز جرم در فاز شتاب و طول لانج دارای مقادیر کمتری نسبت به شمشیربازان اسپانیایی هستند. همچنین تمامی پارامترهای زاویهای شمشیربازان ایرانی بهجز زاویۀ مفصل آرنج در لحظۀ بهحداکثر رسیدن سرعت بازشدن بازو به طور معناداری کمتر از شمشیربازان اسپانیایی میباشد ( 01/0P<)؛ این درحالی است که شمشیربازان ایرانی در متغیرهای زمان فاز پرواز، زمان بهحداکثررسیدن سرعت اکستنشن بازو و حداکثر سرعت شمشیر، به شکل معناداری دارای مقادیر بیشتری نسبت به شمشیربازان اسپانیایی هستند. یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، جنبههایی از تفاوت تکنیکی میان شمشیربازان ایرانی و شمشیربازان اسپانیایی را از دیدگاه تحلیل کینماتیکی مهارت لانج به نمایش کشید که میتواند یکی از دلایل اختلاف سطح دو گروه و جایگاه دو کشور در رنکینگ جهانی باشد.

اثر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر استقامت و کنترل تنۀ بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر استقامت و کنترل تنه در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود. جهت انجام پژوهش، آزمودنیهای (با دامنۀ سنی 40ـ20 سال) با مقیاس ناتوانی جسمانی 4ـ1، بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. شایانذکر است که تمرینات بهمدت هشت هفته انجام گرفت و برای ارزیابی استقامت ایزومتریک عضلات ثباتدهندۀ تنه از تست خمکردن تنه، بازکردن تنه و آزمون پلزدن به چپ و راست استفاده شد. مقیاس اختلالات تنه نیز برای ارزیابی کنترل تنه مورداستفاده قرار گرفت و دادهها توسط آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس در سطح (05/0) تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که تمرینات ثبات مرکزی منجر به افزایش استقامت ایزومتریک عضلات ثباتدهندۀ تنه و توانایی کنترل تنه شده است. همچنین، تفاوت معناداری بین استقامت ایزومتریک عضلات ثباتدهندۀ تنه و توانایی کنترل تنه در پسآزمون بین دو گروه تجربی و کنترل مشاهده میشود. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، تمرینات ثبات مرکزی میتواند عاملی برای بهبود استقامت و کنترل تنه در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس باشد.

تأثیر برنامۀ جامع گرمکردن +11 فیفا بر آسیب، پیشگیری از آسیب و اجرای بازیکنان فوتبال (مقالۀ مروری روایتی)
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مروری بر تأثیر برنامۀ +11 بر پیشگیری از آسیب، ریسکفاکتورها، اجرا و فعالیت عضلانی بازیکنان فوتبال بود. جهت انجام پژوهش جستجوی جامع الکترونیک توسط یکی از نویسندگان در بانکهای اطلاعاتی اشپرینگر، ساینس دایرکت و پابمد به زبان انگلیسی و پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور به زبان فارسی صورت گرفت (از سال 2016-2008). برمبنای نتایج، برنامۀ +11 توانسته است 30 تا 70 درصد از آسیبهای حاد و پرکاری را کاهش دهد. بهبود معنادار ریسکفاکتورهایی همچون قدرت و نسبت قدرت، حس عمقی، تعادل و ثبات ناحیۀ مرکزی بدن نیز در بازیکنان فوتبال مشاهده میشود. شایانذکر است که برنامۀ +11 در دو مقاله، تأثیر معناداری بر بهبود سرعت ولی در یک مطالعه تاثیرینداشته است. این برنامه منجر به، بهبود دریبل، پرش و چابکی بازیکنان شده است. علاوهبراین، این برنامه موجب فعالسازی عضلات ثباتدهندۀ مرکزی بدن و ابداکتورهای هیپ شده است؛ ازاینرو، توصیه میشود که این برنامه جایگزین تمرینات سنتی گرمکردن قبل از اجرای برنامههای تکنیکی و تاکتیکی در فوتبال گردد.

مقایسة نرخ بارگذاری و محتوای فرکانس نیروی برخورد بین پای غالب و غیرغالب در تغییر جهت جانبی پیشبینیشده و پیشبینینشده
درصد بالایی از آسیبهای رباط متقاطع قدامی در اثر نیروهای حاصل از برخورد پا با زمین طی تغییر جهت جانبی در شرایط پیشبینینشده گزارش شده است. دراینراستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسة فرکانس نیرو و نرخ بارگذاری بین پای غالب و غیرغالب هنگام تغییر جهت جانبی در شرایط پیشبینیشده و پیشبینینشده انجام گرفت. بدینمنظور، از بازیکنان تیم ملی اسکواش، آزمون تغییر جهت بهسمت پای غالب یا غیرغالب در شرایط پیشبینیشده و پیشبینینشده بهعمل آمد. مطابق با نتایج، اثر متقابلی بین غالببودن پا و شرایط پیشبینی مشاهده نمیشود؛ اما درمقایسۀ بین پای غالب و غیرغالب، اوج نرخ بارگذاری لحظهای پای غیرغالب بیشتر است. همچنین، پهنای باند فرکانس پای غالب و نیز فرکانس 5/99 درصد طیف توان در شرایط پیشبینینشده بیشتر میباشد. پهنای باند فرکانس شرایط پیشبینیشده نیز بیشتر است. برمبنای نتایج میتوان گفت که فرکانس و نرخ بارگذاری میتوانند نشاندهندۀ تفاوتهای عملکردی بین پای غالب و غیرغالب عوامل ایجاد آسیب در شرایط پیشبینینشده باشند.
