تأثیر ویبراسیون کل بدن بر مقاومت مکانیکی استخوان ران و درشتنی رت اوراکتومی
هدفاینپژوهش،تعیینتأثیرویبراسیونبادامنةمختلفوفرکانسثابتبررویاستخوانران و درشتنیرتاوراکتومیبود. 23 سررتاوراکتومیدردوگروهتمرینی ویبراسیونبادامنةپایین (تعداد= نُه) ودامنةبالا (تعداد= نُه) وگروه شم(تعداد= پنج) تقسیمشدند.شش سر رتسالمبدونجراحینیزدرگروهکنترلجایگرفتند. گروههایتمرینیبهمدت هشت هفتهرویدستگاهویبراسیونبازمانپیشروندة سه تا پنج دقیقه، تناوبدو تا هفت بار تکراروزماناستراحت یک دقیقهقرارداده شدند. شاخصهایمقاومتمکانیکی سفتی، استرس،انرژیجذبشدهودرصدجابهجاییاستخوانران و درشتنی،باآزمونخمشسهنقطهایپسازاتمامپروتکلویبراسیونکلبدنارزیابیشدند.شاخصمکانیکیسختی استخوانبینگروهتمرینی دامنه بالا (HA)) 024/0(P= و گروه تمرینی دامنه پایین (LA) (006/0(P=درمقایسهباگروهشم در استخوان ران و درشت نیافزایشمعناداری رانشانداد. شاخصاسترسبینگروهتمرینیHA )000/0(P= و گروه تمرینی) LA 001/0(P=نسبت بهگروهشم، در استخوان درشتنیافزایشمعناداری رانشانداد. شاخص انرژی جذبشده فقط در گروه تمرینی) LA 006/0(P=باگروهشم در استخوان درشت نیافزایشمعناداری رانشانداد. افزایش معناداری بین گروه کنترل نسبت به گروه شم، در شاخصهای ذکرشده نیز مشاهده شد )011/0P=، 000/0P=،014/0(P=. یافتههایاینپژوهشنشاندادکهویبراسیونبادامنةپاییناثر بیشتریبرافزایشمقاومتمکانیکیاستخوانداشتهاست؛ .همچنین، پاسخارتعاشاتمکانیکیبرپارامترهایمکانیکیاستخواندرشتنیبیشتربودهاست و ارتعاشات کل بدن توانسته است مقاومت مکانیکی استخوان را در شرایط اوراکتومی به سطح استخوان سالم نزدیک کند.

مقایسة شاخصهای منتخب الکترومیوکرافی غضلات زانو در ورزشکاران با و بدون محدودیت دورسیفلکشن در تکلیف پرش فرود تکپا
هدف این پژوهش، مقایسة زمان شروع، فعالیت فیدفورواردی، فعالیت فیدبکی و اندازة فعالیت منتخبی از عضلات زانوی ورزشکاران مرد دانشگاهی مبتلا به محدودیت دامنة حرکتی دورسی فلکشن و سالم در پرش و فرود تکپا بود. 30 آزمودنی از سه رشتة بسکتبال، والیبال و هندبال به دو گروه کنترل و آزمایشی تقسیم شدند. در پرش فرود تکپا، زمان شروع، فعالیت فیدفورداری، فیدبکی و اندازة فعالیت پنج عضلة راست رانی، پهن داخلی، پهن خارجی، دوسررانی و نیم وتری با استفاده از روش الکترومایوگرافی اندازهگیری شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که در هر چهار عامل زمان شروع، فعالیت فیدفورداری، فعالیت فیدبکی و اندازة فعالیت عضلات منتخب زانو، بین ورزشکاران با محدودیت دورسیفلکشن در مچ پا با ورزشکاران سالم تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. نظریة زنجیرة حرکتی بیانگر این است که نقص در یک بخش از زنجیره میتواند موجب تغییر فعالیت عضلات شود؛ اما یافتههای پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که در فعالیت عملکردی پرش تکپا چنین تفاوتی در فعالیت عضلات منتخب وجود ندارد

تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر آمادگی حرکتی ورزشکاران نخبة گلبال
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینهای ثبات مرکزی بر آمادگی حرکتی بازیکنان نخبة گلبال انجام شده است. 26 ورزشکار نخبة گلبال با دامنة سنی 25 تا 45 سال آزمودنیهای این پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. این بازیکنان بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی (13 نفر) (نُه مرد و چهار زن) و کنترل (13 نفر) (نُه مرد و چهار زن) قرار گرفتند. برای ارزیابی تعادل ایستا، تعادل پویا، عملکرد اندام تحتانی، توان اندام فوقانی و عملکرد حرکتی، بهترتیب از آزمونهای تعادل ایستای لکلک، تعادل پویای وای، سه پرش تکپا، مسافت پرتاب مدیسنبال و سرعت پرتاب توپ گلبال استفاده شد. هر دو گروه قبل و پس از پایان هشت هفته تمرین، در آزمونهای عملکردی شرکت کردند. گروه تجربی تمرینهای ثبات مرکزی را با استفاده از توپ سوئیسی بهمدت هشت هفته و هفتهای سه روز و گروه کنترل تمرینهای عادی گلبال را انجام دادند. برای تحلیل دادهها و با توجه به فرض توزیع طبیعی دادهها، همگنی شیب خطوط رگرسیون، و رابطة خطی بین متغیر کووریت و وابسته، از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس در سطح معناداری 05/0 استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میانگین تعدیلشدة تعادل ایستای گروه تمرینهای ثبات مرکزی (20/3 = M) با گروه کنترل (35/2 =M ) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (59/0 =2η، 000/0 = P، 66/33 = (23 ،1)F). همچنین، بین میانگین تعدیلشدة تعادل پویا در گروه تمرینهای ثبات مرکزی (8/79 = M) با کنترل (4/75 = M) ورزشکاران نخبه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (38/0 =2η، 001/0 = P، 04/14 = (23 ،1)F). بین میانگین تعدیلشدة سرعت پرتاب، مسافت پرتاب توپ مدیسنبال از جلو و عقب در گروه تمرینهای ثبات مرکزی و کنترل نیز تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (001/0 = P). تأثیر مثبت تمرینهای ثبات مرکزی بر آزمون غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی بازیکنان گلبال، بر نقش سازندة این تمرینها در آمادگی حرکتی تأکید دارد. نتایج پژوهش توصیه میکند از تمرینهای ثبات مرکزی درکنار تمرینهای عادی گلبال بهعنوان شیوة مؤثری برای ارتقای عملکرد حرکتی و پیشگیری از آسیب استفاده شود.

اثر خستگی عملکردی عضلات مرکزی بدن بر برخی از متغیرهای کینماتیکی مؤثر بر آسیب رباط صلیبی قدامی در مانور برش در ورزشکاران مرد دانشگاهی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر خستگی عملکردی عضلات مرکزی بدن بر برخی از متغیرهای کینماتیکی مؤثر بر آسیب لیگامان صلیبی قدامی( ACL)طی مانور برش بود. تعدادی از ورزشکاران دانشگاهی شامل 24 نفر در دو گروه تجربی (13 نفر) و کنترل (11 نفر) در پژوهش حاضر شرکت کردند. حرکت برش با استفاده از سیستم تحلیل حرکت و دوربینهای پرسرعت وایکان، با فرکانس 240 هرتز ثبت شد و حرکات ثبتشده بهوسیلۀ نرمافزار نکسوس آنالیز شدند و زوایای مفصلی نمونهها (فلکشن زانو، والگوس زانو، نسبت چرخش تیبیا به فمور در لحظة برخورد پا با زمین و میزان حداکثر میزان فلکشن زانو، والگوس زانو و همچنین، نسبت چرخش تیبیا به فمور در 50 درصد اولیة فاز سکون) استخراج شد و توسط آزمون آماری تی وابسته و تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیره مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد که خستگی عضلات مرکزی بدن بر خطر آسیب ACL درطول مانور برش مؤثر است.

اثر یک دوره تمرینات ترکیبی در سطوح پایدار و ناپایدار بر پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی و توانایی راهرفتن در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر ده هفته تمرین ترکیبی در سطوح پایدار و ناپایدار بر پارامترهای فضایی-زمانی راهرفتن بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود. 30 بیمار در دو گروه تمرینی قرار گرفتند. برای ارزیابی پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی از دوربین استفاده شد. آزمونهای 25 فوت راهرفتن، شش دقیقه راهرفتن و مقیاس 12 آیتمی راهرفتن، بهترتیب برای ارزیابی سرعت، استقامت و توانایی راهرفتن استفاده شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو گروه تمرینی، افزایش معناداری در تمام پارامترهای اندازهگیریشده وجود دارد. همچنین، گروه تمرین در سطح ناپایدار، پیشرفت معنادارتری در توانایی راهرفتن، درصد حمایت تکگانه، کاهش عرض گام و درصد حمایت دوگانه در یک سیکل راهرفتن نسبت به گروه تمرین در سطح پایدار دارند. بهطورکلی، میتوان گفت تمرین در سطوح پایدار و ناپایدار منجر به بهبود معناداری در پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی و توانایی راهرفتن بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس میشود.

کدامیک از تکالیف پرش- فرود کنترلشده و ویژة فوتبال، برای شناسایی فوتبالیستهای درمعرض خطر آسیب لیگامان متقاطع قدامی مناسبتر است؟
در فوتبالیستها، صدمات لیگامان متقاطع قدامی (ACL) رایج و همراه با عواقب جدی هستند. یافتن یک ابزار مناسب غربالگری برای شناسایی فوتبالیستهای درمعرض خطر آسیب ACL، گام مهمی درجهت توسعة برنامههای کارآمد پیشگیری از آسیب ACL است. 28 فوتبالیست مرد، دو تکلیف پرش- فرود کنترلشده و پرش- فرود ویژة فوتبالی را انجام دادند. براساس نتایج آزمون تی همبسته، میانگین نمرات مربوط به خطای فرود در تکلیف ویژة فوتبالی (30/1 ± 81/6) از میانگین نمرات تکلیف کنترلشده (41/1 ± 01/5) بیشتر بوده و این اختلاف ازنظر آماری معنادار است. با توجه به نتایج حاضر میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که مردان فوتبالیست راهبرد فرود متفاوتی را بین تکالیف کنترلشده و ویژة فوتبالی از خود نشان میدهند. تکلیف فرود ویژة فوتبالی ممکن است به شناسایی فوتبالیستهای با تکنیک فرود ضعیف و احتمالاً بیشتر درمعرض خطر آسیب ACL، بهتر کمک کند.
