چکیده

هدف از ‌پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین ناهنجاری‌ وضعیتی هایپرکایفوزیس با سلامت‌ روان دانش‌آموزان بود. بدین‌منظور، 50 دانش‌آموز دختر دارای ناهنجاری هایپرکایفوزیس و 50 دانش‌آموز سالم، به‌صورت تصادفی ‌خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. تشخیص و تعیین شدت ناهنجاری با استفاده از کایفومتر صورت گرفت. سپس، شرکت‌کنندگان پرسش‌نامۀ سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ را تکمیل نمودند و پس از جمع‌آوری پرسش‌نامه‌ها، برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری هم‌بستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین هایپرکایفوزیس با سلامت ‌روان و خرده‌مقیاس‌های آن (اضطراب، کارکرد اجتماعی، علائم جسمانی و افسردگی) ‌در دختران جوان تفاوت معنا‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین، مشاهده شد که قوز پشتی و ظاهر نامناسب ناحیۀ پشتی در افراد دارای هایپرکایفوزیس می‌تواند سلامت روانی دانش‌آموزان را درگیر کند. به‌طورکلی، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که این ناهنجاری، علاوه‌بر‌این‌که به‌لحاظ جسمانی، مشکلاتی را برای فرد به‌وجود می‌آورد، از نظر روانی نیز سلامت فرد را به مخاطره می‌اندازد. بر‌این‌اساس، می‌توان با تشویق افراد دارای ناهنجاری‌ به ورزش و تمرینات اصلاحی، زمینۀ بهبودی سلامت ‌روان آن‌ها را فراهم نمود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between hyper kyphosis disorder and mental health state of students. For this purpose, 100 female students, equal numbers of normal and hyper kyphosis cases, were randomly selected for the diagnosis and severity of the abnormality using Hypsometer; the participants were completed the General Health Questionnaire Goldberg after collecting the questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed with Pearson correlation and linear regression tests. The results revealed that there were significant differences between hyper kyphosis and normal cases. There were considerable differences in various understudying parameters, except for somatic, anxiety, social. Dorsal hump back and look bad in people with hyper kyphosis can affect the mental health of students. It can be concluded that the discussed abnormality can compromise patients both physically and mentally. Therefore, Patients suffer from Kyphosis are encouraged to do corrective exercise to improve their mental and physical health.
