چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مروری بر تأثیر برنامۀ +11 بر پیشگیری از آسیب، ریسک‌فاکتورها، اجرا و فعالیت عضلانی بازیکنان فوتبال بود. جهت انجام پژوهش جستجوی جامع الکترونیک توسط یکی از نویسندگان در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی اشپرینگر، ساینس‌ دایرکت و پاب‌مد به زبان انگلیسی و پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور به زبان فارسی صورت گرفت (از سال 2016-2008). برمبنای نتایج، برنامۀ +11 توانسته است 30 تا 70 درصد از آسیب‌های حاد و پرکاری را کاهش دهد. بهبود معنادار ریسک‌فاکتورهایی همچون قدرت و نسبت قدرت، حس عمقی، تعادل و ثبات ناحیۀ مرکزی بدن نیز در بازیکنان فوتبال مشاهده می‌شود. شایان‌ذکر است که برنامۀ +11 در دو مقاله، تأثیر معناداری بر بهبود سرعت ولی در یک مطالعه تاثیرینداشته است. این برنامه منجر به، بهبود دریبل، پرش و چابکی بازیکنان شده است. علاوه‌براین، این برنامه موجب فعال‌سازی عضلات ثبات‌دهندۀ مرکزی بدن و ابداکتورهای هیپ شده است؛ ازاین‌رو، توصیه می‌شود که این برنامه‌ جایگزین تمرینات سنتی گرم‌کردن قبل از اجرای برنامه‌های تکنیکی و تاکتیکی در فوتبال گردد.

Effect of Comprehensive FIFA’s The 11+ Warm-up Program on Injury, Injury Prevention and Physical Performance in Soccer Player: A Narrative Review

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to reviewe effects of The 11+ program on injury, injury prevention, performances and muscle activity in soccer player. A comprehensive review by one of the researchers was performed in Springer, Science Direct, Pubmed, in English and in SID and Magiran in persion language (2008-2016). Totally, there was a significantly lower risk of injuries within 30% to 70% acute and overuse injuries after performed the 11+. The 11+ enhanced knee strength, H/Q strength ratio, proprioception, balance, core stability in soccer players. About performance, 2 articles showed improvement and 1 no in sprint. It improved dribbling, kicking, jump height and agility. It can increase activity of core stability and hip abductor muscles. It can be suggested that the 11+ could be incorporated into regular soccer practice as a warm-up program before starting technical and tactical drills instead of traditional warm-up program.
