چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی بر برخی پارامترهای بیومکانیکی استخوان ران موش­های صحرایی نر مسن بود. بیست سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار 20 ماهه (میانگین وزن 4/15±5/360 گرم) به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی (10=n) و کنترل (10=n) تقسیم شدند. گروه­های تمرینی به مدت هشت هفته، هر هفته پنج روز و روزی 60 دقیقه با سرعت 28 متر بر دقیقه روی نوارگردان می­دویدند. پس از خارج کردن استخوان ران آزمودنی­ها، از آزمون فشار مکانیکی خمش سه‌نقطه‌ای برای تعیین تغییرات سختی، انرژی شکست، قدرت و درصد تغییر شکل استخوان استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی بر سختی، قدرت، انرژی شکست و درصد تغییر شکل استخوان ران موش­های نر سالمند تأثیر معنا­داری ندارد که دلیل این امر ممکن است ناشی از سن و جنس آزمودنی و همچنین پروتکل تمرین باشد؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می­شود مطالعات بیشتری در این زمینه انجام شود.

Effect of Eight Weeks’ Endurance Training On Femurs Biomechanical Properties of Old Male Rats

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of eight weeks’ endurance training on femur, s biomechanical properties of old male rats. Twenty months old male Wistar rats (360.5±15.4 gr) were assigned to sedentary control group (n=10) and endurance training group (n=10). Endurance training group was exercised on treadmill for 8 weeks, 5 times per week and 60 minutes per day at velocity up to 28 m/min. Forty-eight hours after last session of exercise training, animals were anesthetized and femur bones were removed. Three – point bending test was used to determine bone stiffness, fracture energy, strength and deformation. Results of this study apparently showed that 8 weeks’ endurance training had no significant effect on bone stiffness, fracture energy, strength and deformation. Its may be due to subject, s age and gender and also training protocol. Thus, it is suggested that more research should be done.
