چکیده

فعالیت جسمانی منظم به ‌عنوان مداخلۀ غیردارویی برای افزایش استحکام، تراکم استخوان و پیشگیری از شکستگی‌های استخوانی توصیه می‌شود. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی بر پارامترهای بیومکانیکی و شاخص‌های ژئومتری استخوان‌های فمور و تیبیا در رت‌های نر ویستار می‌باشد. بدین‌منظور، 16رت با دامنۀ سنی 50 تا 60 روز و میانگین وزنی10±160 گرم، به‌‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین استقامتی هشت هفته‌ای (دویدن پنج روز در هفته با توجه به پروتکل تمرین)و گروه کنترل (بدون فعالیت) قرار گرفتند. پس از پایان جلسات تمرین، با جراحی استخوان‌های فمور و تیبیای پای راست رت‌ها خارج و به وسیله تست مکانیکی خمش سه نقطه‌ای، پارامترهای بیومکانیکی (سفتی، حداکثر مقاومت مکانیکی و حداکثر انرژی جذب شده تا نقطه حداکثر استحکام) و به وسیله کولیس دیجیتالی، شاخص‌های ژئومتری (طول و عرض) اندازه‌گیری شد. برای مقایسه متغیرهای بیومکانیکی و ژئومتری بین گروه‌ها از تحلیل واریانس یک راهه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان‌دهندۀ افزایش معنادار پارامترهای بیومکانیکی (سفتی، حداکثر مقاومت مکانیکی و حداکثر انرژی جذب‌شده تا نقطۀ حداکثر استحکام) و شاخص‌های ژئومتری (طول و عرض) استخوانفمور و تیبیا (به‌جز‌ متغیر طول) پس از هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی می‌باشد. می‌توان گفت که هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی (به‌کار‌رفته در پژوهش حاضر) باعث بهبود پارامترهای بیومکانیکی و شاخص‌های ژئومتری در استخوان‌های فمور و تیبیا در دوران جوانی می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Regular physical activity as a non-pharmacological intervention to increase bone strength, bone density and fracture prevention is recommended. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of eight weeks’ endurance training on biomechanical and geometrically parameters of the femur and tibia bones in male Wistar rats. 16 rats with an age range of 50 to 60 days and an average weight of 160 ± 10 gr, were randomly divided into two groups: eight weeks of endurance training (running five days a week, according to the training protocol) and control group (no activity). After the end of the training, the rats were sacrificed, the right femur and tibia bones were harvested, then By mechanical three-point bending test, the biomechanical parameters (stiffness, maximum mechanical strength and maximum energy to the point of maximum strength) and by digital caliper, geometric parameters (length and width) were measured. One way-ANOVA was used to compare biomechanical and geometrical parameters between groups. The results demonstrated a significant increase in biomechanical parameters (stiffness, maximum mechanical strength and maximum energy to the point of maximum strength) and geometrical parameters (length and width) of the femur and tibia (except length) bones after eight weeks’ endurance training. Eight weeks’ endurance training (used in this study) improved the biomechanical and geometrical parameters of the femur and tibia bones.
