چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر تمرینات اصلاحی اپلیکیشن بیس بر ناهنجاری سر و شانه به جلو کاربران گوشی همراه بود. لذا 36 فرد مبتلا به ناهنجاری سر و شانه به جلو با دامنة سنی 18 تا 28 سال به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به سه گروه تجربی1، تجربی 2 و کنترل با تعداد مساوی تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی1 و 2 تمرینات را در 24 جلسه طی 8 هفته انجام دادند. زاویه سر به جلو و شانه به جلو نمونه ها به طور مجزا با روش فتوگرامتری ارزیابی شد.
تحلیل آماری داده‌ها با آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی، آنالیز کوواریانس و تی مستقل و با نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس نسخة 20 با آلفای کوچکتر یا مساوی 05/0 و فاصله اطمینان 95/0 بررسی شد. اجرای هشت هفته تمرینات اصلاحی اپ بیس تفاوت معناداری در راستای سر و شانه گروه تجربی ایجاد کرد(05/0P≤). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در دوره 4 هفته بی تمرینی، در هر دو گروه تمرین نکرده و آموزش دیده، اثر تمرینات ماندگاری داشته است. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تمرینات اصلاحی اپ بیس برای اصلاح سرو شانه کاربران گوشی های هوشمند موثر است و در دوره پیگیری اثر تمرینات ماندگاری دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of corrective exercise application and its follow-up on forward head and shoulder angle of smartphone users. So 36 patients with forward head and shoulder posture were selected and randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group participated in 24 training sessions, head and shoulder angle were measured using photogrammetry method before and after the exercise period in both groups. Analysis of covariance, bonferroni test and independent t-test were used to analyze the data.
Performing eight weeks of corrective exercise application made a significant difference in the head and shoulder angle of the experimental group (P < 0.05). While in the control group, no significant difference was observed. Moreover, the effect of corrective exercise could be seen after follow up period (4 weeks) in both untrained group and educated group. According to the findings of this study, it can be concluded that this corrective exercise by application will be effective in head and shoulder alignment of smartphone users. Also, this kind of training can have good durability.
