نرخ شیوع، فراوانی و نواحی آناتومیکی آسیب‌های جسمانی در سنگنوردان داخل سالن

چکیده
سنگ‌نوردی، فعالیت ورزشی است که معمولاً در فضای باز روی صخره‌های طبیعی یا داخل سالن روی پایه‌ها و سطوح مصنوعی انجام می‌شود. هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی نرخ شیوع، فراوانی و نواحی آناتومیکی انواع آسیب‌های ورزشی در سنگ‌نوردان داخل سالن بود. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها توصیفی-میدانی و از نوع گذشته‌نگر بود. سنگ‌نوردان داخل سالن شهر تهران جامعه‌ آماری تحقیق را تشکیل دادند. به‌منظور بررسی میزان شیوع و فراوانی آسیب‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های رایت و جونز استفاده شد. برای بررسی ارتباط بین عوامل خطر صدمات در سنگ‌نوردی داخل سالن آزمون رگرسیون لجستیک به‌وسیله‌ نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 27 در سطح معنا‌داری 05/0P< به کار رفت. حدود 4/84 درصد از پاسخ‌دهندگان دچار آسیب استفاده‌ بیش از حد و 4/69 درصد دچار آسیب تمرین بیش از حد شدند. شایع‌ترین اندام درگیر آسیب انگشتان دست بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که سابقه‌ ورزشی، تعداد صعود در سال، درجه سختی مسیر تمرین و میزان تعداد جلسات در هفته، تأثیر مستقیم بر آسیب دیدگی سنگ‌نوردان دارند. فیزیوتراپیست‌ها با 7/34 درصد، منابع اصلی درمان یا مشاوره در سنگ‌نوردان را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. بسیاری از سنگ‌نوردان دچار آسیب ناشی از استفاده بیش از حد می‌شوند. همچنین افرادی که بیشترین توانایی و تخصص را برای سنگ‌نوردان دارند، بیشتر درمعرض خطر هستند.

Prevalence, Frequency, and Anatomical Areas of Physical Injuries in Indoor Climbers

Objective: Rock climbing is a sport activity that is usually performed outdoors on natural rocks or indoors on artificial supports and surfaces. The aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence rate, frequency, and anatomical regions of various sports injuries in indoor rock climbers.
Materials and Methods: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-field and retrospective in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study was indoor rock climbers in Tehran. In order to investigate the prevalence and frequency of injuries, Wright and Jones questionnaires were used. In order to investigate the relationship between risk factors for injuries in indoor rock climbing, a logistic regression test was performed using SPSS version 27 at a significance level of P<0.05.
Results: About 84.4% of the respondents suffered from overuse injuries and 69.4% from overtraining injuries. The most common limb involved in injury was the fingers. Data analysis showed that sports history, number of climbs per year, difficulty of training route, and number of sessions per week had a direct impact on climbers' injuries. The main sources of treatment or advice for climbers were physiotherapists with 34.7%.
Conclusion: Many climbers suffer from overuse injuries. Those with the greatest ability and expertise in climbing are at the highest risk.
