چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرینات منتخبTotal Body Resistance Exercise (TRX)بر پایداری عملکردی،حس عمقی و قدرت عضلات مفصل شانه ورزشکاران رشته‌های بالای سر مبتلا به اختلال حرکتی کتف می-باشد.تحقیق حاضر ازنوع نیمه تجربی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون می‌باشد.به همین منظور تعداد 30 نفر از ورزشکاران مرد رشته‌های بالای سر مبتلا به اختلال حرکتی کتف بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره تمرینی و کنترل تقسیم شدند.شناسایی افراد با استفاده از آزمون لغزش جانبی کتف انجام شد.در مرحله پیش‌آزمون، قدرت عضلات چرخش‌دهنده داخلی و خارجی، پایداری عملکردی و دقت حس عمقی مفصل شانه به ترتیب بوسیله آزمون‌های داینامومتر دستی، آزمون تعادل عملکردی بالاتنه و روش عکس‌برداری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.سپس آزمودنی‌های گروه تمرینی به مدت 8 هفته و 3 جلسه در هفته تمرینات منتخبTRX را انجام دادند و پس از آن مرحله پس‌آزمون به انجام رسید. از روش تحلیل واریانس دوراهه به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل آماری یافته‌های پژوهش در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0P استفاده شد.نتایج حاصل از آزمون تحلیل واریانس دوراهه نشان داد که در مرحله پس‌آزمون، قدرت عضلات چرخش-دهنده(001/0=P)، پایداری عملکردی (001/0=P)و دقت حس عمقی (001/0=P)مفصل شانه آزمودنی‌های گروه تمرینی نسبت به گروه کنترل بهبود معنی‌داری پیدا کرده است(05/0P).باتوجه به بهبود قدرت عضلات چرخش‌دهنده، پایداری عملکردی و دقت حس عمقی مفصل شانه در گروه تمرینات TRX، پیشنهاد می‌شود به منظور بهبود اختلالات ناشی از ابتلا به اختلال حرکتی کتف در ورزشکاران بالای سر و پیشگیری از بروز آسیب‌های احتمالی در مفصل شانه،از تمرینات TRX به کار برده شده در پژوهش حاضر استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of selected TRX exercises on functional stability,proprioception and strength of shoulder joint muscles in athletes with scapular dyskinesis.The present study is a semi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design.For this purpose,30 male athletes of overhead athletes with scapular dyskinesis were randomly divided into training and control 15 person in each group.Athletes with scapular dyskinesis were identified using a lateral scapular slide test.In the pre-test, the strength of internal and external rotator cuff muscles,functional stability and accuracy of shoulder joint proprioception were evaluated by manual dynamometer tests,upper body functional balance test and imaging method, respectively.The subjects in the training group then performed the selected TRX exercises for 8 weeks and 3 sessions per week.At the end of 8 weeks,all measurements of the pre-test were performed again in the post-test stage.A Two-way analysis of variance was used to statistically analyze the research findings at a significance level of P≤0.05.The results of two-way analysis of variance showed that in the post-test stage, rotational muscle strength(P=0.001),functional stability(P=0.001) and accuracy of shoulder joint proprioception(P=0.001) of the experimental group significantly improved compared to the control group.According to the results of the study, it is According to the improvement in rotational muscle strength, functional stability and accuracy of shoulder joint proprioception in TRX group,it is suggested that the TRX exercises used in the present study can use to improve the disorders caused by scapular dyskinesia in overhead athletes and to prevent possible injuries to the shoulder joint.
